This month, there was never going to be just one Hero of the Month — because our July Heroes are the absolutely fantastic team behind Brew & Banter. 💚
Since we opened our doors nearly a year ago, our team have been there through the trials, the tribulations, the laughter, the tears, the fun times and the difficult times. They have worked tirelessly, put in long hours, dealt with countless different situations and challenges, and always been willing to adapt, provide feedback, share ideas and help make Brew & Banter better.
Most importantly, they have supported Lindsay, the owner of Brew & Banter, throughout this huge new chapter and helped turn a dream into a café that we can all be incredibly proud of — a place that brings much-needed business into our wonderful local community of Brough.
Running a business isn't always easy, and there have certainly been moments when things haven't gone to plan. But throughout everything, this team have remained loyal, dedicated, trustworthy and supportive — and I genuinely couldn't be prouder to work alongside every single one of you.
I want to personally thank you all for the time, hard work, dedication and support you have given not only to Brew & Banter, but to me personally as I ventured into this new business opportunity.
You continue to help me strive to make Brew & Banter a better place, and each and every one of you brings your own unique strengths, talents and skills to our team. Together, you help create the atmosphere that makes Brew & Banter what it is — somewhere the local community can come, relax, enjoy good food and drinks, have a laugh and feel comfortable and welcome.
Brew & Banter isn't just built on coffee, cake and good food… it's built on people. And I am incredibly lucky to have this team. 💚
So, to our amazing team — thank you. Thank you for showing up, for caring, for believing in what we're building and for continuing to give your all.
